My wife and I have been one of Bunnings best customers over many years but today I was disgusted. Bunnings have always had a pet friendly policy and we brought our dog (Small Cavoodle) along often BUT today we were told that we had to put him in a trolley or we would not be allowed into the Garden Section. I TOLD THE LADY RESPONSIBLE THAT i THOUGHT BUNNINGS WERE BETTER THAN THAT!!!!We read recently that Bunnings will soon be opening a pet section >>>Well we won't be a customer!!!!!!!!!

Love walking around bunnings just browsing on the weekend with my dog secure in the trolley, especially now they have a new pet section but for some reason they have stopped the cardboard puppy pads for the trolley, does this mean no longer pet friendly , such a shame ,was my fave thing to do on a Sunday afternoon.

There is a sales assistant in this store who is the BEST Bunnings assistant I have EVER come across. His name is Jack. Worth twice whatever he is earning. Good fun, good advice and obviously a very good man. Thanks Jack.

Been a frequent online ordering, drive and collect customer.Very happy with communications from the personal shopper when necessary, and friendliness and efficiency of the drive and collect attendants.The only improvement suggested is to display the drive and collect phone number on the signs at the parking bays. The drive and collect confirmation letter promises this, but the number is not displayed anywhere I could see.

Bunnings is a reliable hardware store with a wide range of products and helpful staff. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. However, occasional long queues at checkout and limited staff availability can be minor inconveniences. A solid four-star shopping experience at Bunnings

Very clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I just wish there were more people working there in each department with more product knowledge. Eg. An ex plumber in the plumbing department. I understand this isn’t always possible but sometimes I ask for help and the staff can’t help me. Do you have retirees working there? Otherwise, great store.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the great service by the mature staff you have at Bunnings South Nowra.The difference I found between one young person and a mature aged person was their customer service and their attitude.You don’t need to love your job but if you can’t be bothered working there then leave.A number of products were Buy as is" which is fine but I just wanted assistance with borrowing one of the hundreds of spare allen keys they had left over from putting up all the displays. But that was just too hard.So young person basically says I'm not helping you with anything

Bunnings Nowra staff go out of their way to help, customer service at its best. store manager today was knowledgeable and could not do enough top notch service.
