Great drivers not their fault but the customer service/booking contact are incredibly rude Iiterally have no words absolute rubbish and disrespectful not doing the drivers any favours! there are other options, and do not do any favours for drivers struggling in this competitive market luckily got a great driver in the end which is only reason I would rather pay them which I did and a bit more because if it was based on initial contact I would rather walk ...
