T2 Tea - Head Office

Hay Street T2 Perth - I have had 2 bad experiences at his store - the first was a day before masks were not mandatory - my daughter wanted to buy some tea - a sales lady told my daughter to pull up her mask - she seemed to enjoy the power - we left the store - I needed some more tea and went to the store on Monday the same sales person came straight to me and asked me to scan which I did and then she wanted to see the notification this was the first time a shop has asked for it - I am sure you losing sales with her blunt attitude

The best tea ever!

Online purchase very frustrating. I tried to buy a teapot which was only available as click and collect. That would have been fine except when I tried to buy it the system charged $10 delivery unless I spent $50. That was fine too so I spent ages looking for something to take it over $50. When I again tried to purchase it said only available as click and collect but not available in any stores within 20km and not available for delivery.

T2 after being a customer for almost 15 years I have decided that after yesterday customer service that I no longer will be shopping with you. I have always has such a great experience in store and recently one of the staff members told me that the online system is just as good. Well, I ordered multiple items and choose the click and collect. I the received an email saying my order has been canceled as one item is not available and potentially could have been delivered seeing as I spent over $50.When messaged the customer representative I simply got a very direct response Per our Terms of Use regarding Click & Collect orders

I was at the Pacific Fair for some tea products and was served by Gemma the BEST SALES IN THE GOLDIE.What a wonderful experience with her unbelievable knowledge of the tea and the products that they stock. I will always be back

Never ever buy online! Worst service ever, super slow delivery , missing items, don't expect any replies for months until you complain on social media, you only have to look in comments to see v how many complaints they have!!! And I'm still trying to get a refund!!! Never buying from t2 ever again!!!

Review relates to online service. I did not receive digital gift card and after three weeks and many contact attempts I have had no responce.

I have spent so much money at t2 in store and on line. I have purchased there most expensive tea set (luscious magnolia) and I need two more pieces to complete my set. The only store that has one of the items is an hour from me. I called the store twice to plead with them to hold the item or to take payment over the phone and they wouldn’t allow me to do it. I then called the head office and asked them what I could do as click and collect wouldn’t allow me to order the item as there is only one left in store. So they wouldn’t hold it. They wouldn’t take a payment over the phone. They can’t do click and collect and they don’t do store transfers. Head office told me that none of these were possible if I wanted the item I had to go in to the store to collect it. What kind of service is this. I cannot believe that they wouldn’t even hold the item for me. This one teaser has already cost me over $500 and now I can’t finish it off. The worst service in retail I have ever done across.

I see I’m having the same issues as other negative reviews have said, that T2 marks items for click and collect only which is fine IF you live within the perimeter to visit a store ( I DON’T) but if you call the store to see if they can take payment over the phone and post it to me then it’s a big fat NO, I can’t get to my closest store which is MORE THAN 5 HOURS AWAY, so STOP making your products for CLICK AND COLLECT ONLY, you do realize your losing business when you DISCRIMINATE against those of us who do not live within travel distances to collect purchases, because there aren’t even any T2 stockists within a 1 and 2 hour drive from me and there is a population of OVER 55,000 people in the town closest to me!!! Surely that population would warrant a store opening up in my district? Only then would I reassess my negative review of your business because right now there’s nothing positive about being unable to secure your products for delivery.
