This place is absolutely disgusting, so dirty and smells. The owner has black scum underneath his nails. Avoid!

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Never opens on time, extremely dirty, unhygienic and unprofessional. It is a post office/milk bar/bottle shop. Does none properly, I will drive past next time. How can Australia Post allow for such place to exist?

Online this place shows opening hours at 7am when arriving on location shows 9am however staff don’t arrive till like 10am don’t waste your time at this place

I payed for a bill and they payed for the wrong water bill and now I have to call to the greater western water service wasting my time to get a refund and the lady at the counter said I it was my fault when she exit out of my phone she pressed on the wrong email bill and I wasn't paying attention. And the place was very dirty and filthy I bet they never cleaned it, it's disgusting 0 stars If I could ill never comeback there again.

DO NOT go there for any Australia Post jobs/enquiries!Went to verify my identity for my bank 4 weeks ago and they did not send photocopies of my certified documents.I only found out after calling the bank and asking why my details had not gone through. Who knows where my private information is now.On top of that, have to start the process from scratch again, waste of time!

Bad experience..poor customer service..counter attendant was not aware about procedure of form filling for international parcel..he misguided due to which parcel items didnot reach ..never go back again.
