The team at Brilliance Removalists was fantastic from the packing team to the pick up team. I was on my own in Perth handling the move with my husband already in NSW, and was very nervous expecting usual chaos, but this team was amazing: careful, calm, hard working, engaging and overall building confidence that they have everything in hand.I was specially impressed with the care, how they wrapped everything up and stacked them in the containers. We had two containers going back to NSW with lots of art, mirrors and fragile items. The team at Brilliance executed everything with laser focus and efficiency.I am beyond happy with their work and happy to recommend them to anyone who has high volume international move.

I wish I could give this company and my individual movers (Guimi, Joao, and Lucas) 10 stars! My move across Perth was a completely stress free experience. This company knows how to organize and move people. From the initial contact with the company, Guill looked after me, coordinating my move and floor cleaning, answering any and all questions promptly. The move on the day was exceptional. The guys arrived on time and not only did they work hard, they were respectful, professional, conscientious, and wore smiles from 8am to 5pm. They were extremely careful with my belongings and of the walls/floors/ceilings/doors/stairs of the unit I moved out of and of the house I moved into. After days of trying to contact the company, they finally answered my call the day before pick up was scheduled and said they were unavailable to come. They managed to send someone from the company who wasn't a professional removalist. When the truck arrived in WA, the unpack was extremely rushed. I was not given time to count the items but I was told to sign the sheet because they had another appointment and assured me everything was there. They also unloaded someone else belongings which I noted and put back on the truck. Three months later I finally moved into a new apartment. When I unpack I found that items are missing. Particularly a table, my ski gear, and a box of clothes. I have tried to contact the company several times, who advise there is nothing they can do because it has past the 30 days. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional service and lack of care that I have received. How did my items vanish? I do not recommend.

We are clients for the carpet cleaning and now for the renoval. I recomend it to all my friends. We had always good professionals and good prices as well. The team is really nice. We had help from Junior and Jonatan for the moving last week and everything was perfect. The guys don't stop and they are really careful. A really good experience for such an intense moment. Luiz and Clayton did an amazing job on our move. Despite it being 37C, they moved quickly, efficiently and took care with every piece of furniture as if it were their own. They communicated clearly, responded positively to any specific requests I had where furniture should go.We had several pieces of furniture that were very sentimentally important to my family, and when informed of this, they took every effort to make it secure and to ensure it got to our new home safely. This is my second time using Brilliance, I will be sure to use them again if I move. They're a fantastic company.

These guys are awesome. This is the 3rd time we have moved with Brilliance. We don't intend to move again, but if we did, we'd choose these guys. The guys are enthusiastic, but careful and respectful. Most of the removal guys are Brazilian and it was nice to see them work so well together. Lovely vibe. Very happy with them

Wonderful service performed by Wil and Paul for Gilligan Group. On time, great listening and care with items, lovely accents, patient and kind. The truck looked great, arrived with all equipment suitable for stairs, navigated two properties and all with a smile and a chat with my son! Thanks guys will be using you again in May!

We can't thank the guys that helped us move house on Friday. They were so friendly, professional, on time and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and they stayed past their allocated time to get the job done. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
