Charged Energy

The Team at Charged Energy have recently completed installation of a 13KW system. We are a family of 5 with a pool and a business from home with an increasing power bill and solar has been on the agenda for some time but I just didn't know where to start. Charged were referred to me by a girlfriend who had just used them and said the process was seamless and their quote competitive. I requested a quote, they came out and talked through options and from there it really was a seamless process. The solar installation (33 panels) took a day and the team were friendly and respectful. Everything is functioning well, the panels look slick and hopefully the next power bill shows a significant reduction!

Charged Energy did a great job to install our solar system. They engaged initially by coming on site as arranged, providing some good technical advice, and then forwarding a timely quote. We were also considering a few other quotes as well. We opted to run with Charged, because they had a down to earth, matter of fact type of approach. We then had a spell of further communication where we agreed on a final plan for the system. Throughout all this there was no hard sell nor hype. Its obviously a family business run by a very professional young couple. The wife up on the bridge coordinating all the communications and hubby down in the engine room with the troops. And yes, those field staff were great. The eventual install was on time and done in a very professional manner. The wiring and positioning of everything just looks good. We've been operating almost a month now and, by extrapolation, we're confident we'll achieve the annual kWh solar yield as specified in our contract. We've got no hesitation recommending Charged.

I previously used ChargedEnergy for a successful installation of a 10kw Solar system. Because that work was great, I included them in the 3 electricians I contacted when I decided I needed an AC system in my office. This was less than a month before the Christmas holidays, so I wasn't hopeful of getting the work done, knowing how flat-out trades are before the holidays. But Vicky got right back in touch and Chris came out that day to understand the job. Although they were fully booked before Christmas, he said he'd do it on a Saturday. As chance would have it, another job cancelled and I'm sitting in an air conditioned office on a 35 degree day one week after contacting ChargedEnergy at the busiest time of the year. The company leaders are friendly and skilled as are each of the tradespeople on the team. Definitely believe the solid 5 star rating and ring them, confident you will be happy with quality work, quickly done and at a very reasonable rate.

My solar inverter was faulty and under warranty but the installer is not in business anymore so I needed to find a solar company to install the replacement. The other issue I was offered a partial payment from the manufacturer and the new installer needed to invoice them. After a few calls no luck but Charged Energy were happy to do the job and I just paid the gap to install the new inverter with no problems. Excellent Customer Service.

Highly recommend Charged Energy who recently installed solar on our house. We were working around a roof restoration and weather delays but Charged Energy were very patient and accommodating and worked with us over a couple of weeks. The guys always arrived on the day and time specified and they were lovely to deal with. We are very happy with our new solar system ☀️☀️ 10/10

We had lots of dramas with our solar panels installed by someone else. After several months of arguing with the original company they got Recharged Energy to come and replace the whole system. Well I could not be happier with Recharged Energy. Deborah was ringing to let me know when I would expect to them and she contacted me to tell me the new system was on a boat on its way and when it landed. Every step of the way she advised me. It gave me a lot of satisfaction to know someone cares even though I technically wasn’t their customer. I am currently having treatment for cancer and that someone was going through this installation with me it was one worry off my mind.To you Deb and the whole crew who have been more than amazing I thank you.I would highly recommend Charged Energy to anyone who needs Solar Systems. Chris, Sharni and the whole charged electrical team were great to deal with and made our experience a pleasurable one. They installed a new solar system for us and we are very happy with it. From start to finish they were professional at every step and very knowledgeable. We had to move a Foxtel dish on the roof and that was done for us with no fuss. We have already recommended them to a friend who also went with them for their solar, and they are also very happy with their experience. Would highly recommend!

Chris & his Team were amazing. They came to our home on Lamb Island to install our 13KW solar system and two air con units to our residence just two days before Christmas, 2022. Their quality of workmanship was A1. Vicki, our go to Lady went above & beyond explaining every aspect of install & after processes.
