Popped in here yesterday as we had a query about our Go Cards, Jan was really helpful.Great customer service.

This is not my normal Chemist and the normal place do not do anything wrong but the lady that helped me tonight went way beyond, I really appreciate the help and advice and will return for my normal scripts now I’ll will go out of my way. Thank You

Definitely pay for the ‘convenience’ here. Staff need a refresher on their own price matching policy as one of the pharmacy assistants had to check with another staff member if they can price match which was then seemingly decided on the spot that they could only price match prescriptions & OTC’s - when queried what the difference was between those and front shop items the policy then seemed to change again that being a public holiday there was a ‘surcharge’ on items (the surcharge being that they couldn’t price match due to the public holiday?) as ‘no other pharmacy is open’ which was not true. After pointing out that other pharmacies are open the older pharmacy assistant argued back that they weren’t but then backpedaled and changed the policy for the final time to ‘well those pharmacies are not in the area’…. I would love a follow up on what your price matching policy is and what ‘in the area’ refers to.Note: after reading older reviews there is a response from the owner saying “please know that we always price match when asked by customers”.

Really unprofessional and unsafe service from the back counter staff member with the initials HG. Asked for a day and night pseudo product and they did not ask for my license number, didn’t ask if I took any medication and didn’t check my details thus completely misspelled my name. They also forgot a label 1 sticker did not counsel at all and when I asked if there was a product without a dry cough suppressant as I had a chesty cough at the time they justified their choice of product with “just trust me it’s fine”. Very worrying, someone needs to be retrained or simply needs to care more about the health care they’re supposed to be providing.

Just wanted to thank the lovely staff at the chemist (last week) who I assisted when a lady became aggressive towards them she was shouting and throwing her prescription at them this lady became so aggressive that she passed out on the floor snd as I am a registered nurse I went to assist her by keeping her safe and to maintain her airway as she was in fact blue and unresponsive clearly had other medical issues going onI assisted her young son and husband as well providing information and emotional support as did the chemist staff and waited in the chemist to hand over her cares to the ambulance paramedics on arrivalThe staff were clearly in shock at this event however were so considerate assisting myself and the patient by moving display equipment at my request so as to ensure the safety of the patient and bringing me soft pillows and cold towels to aid this ladies comfortThe staff were amazing and very supportiveA big thank you for all your help. Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly staff and a brilliant chemist who assessed my symptoms and helped me make an appointment with the Medical Centre across the road within minutes of my arrival and the followed up with advice when I returned with my prescription. Many thanks.

Usually really helpful, but lost my prescription and took no responsibility for it. I requested security footage to which they asked for when I last came in, then based their response on that - that their footage had been deleted within that time period... There should be better practises in place for this kind of situation. I understand that there is always a risk that the customer has lost the prescription, but I was certain I had left it with the pharmacist (notably, not the usual pharmacist that is working), and then accused of losing the prescription in the store (humiliating to say the least). Luckily, I am entitled to free GP appointments and was able to obtain a new one, but in situations where customers have to pay $70-200 to see a specialist, there is clearly a lack of suitable solutions available.
