apparently we were the “test pilots” for a new range of meatballs they were sensational well done we were up from Hope Island visiting Spotlight we saw this butcher and went in for a look we bought the meat balls we will be back everything looked great we like our meat and good butchers are hard to find these guys rank with the best

We have been shopping here since moving to the area and by far the best butchers we have found on the coast. Matty knows his products and always offers us the best service and advice. Their in house sausages and eye fillet steak are unreal! Thanks again!

I've been going here for 5 years. Great service.. knowledge is fantastic and meat is first class. I got some chilli snags today and by far best I've had in years.

I was rushed to find something for a quick dinner after working late and had to feed the kiddies.The guys in this butchers have alot of different meals and will advise you on how to cook them if you ask.10 minutes to cook the Beef stir fry and 4 minutes for the Singapore noodles in hot water.It was a hit. Easy meal for a learning dad.Thanks guys.

Horrible customer service at upper Coomera, the staff tried to sell me a bad piece of t-bone, and then when I have asked him gently if I could have the another piece that was looking better instead, the guy started getting very stressed and acting very unprofessional in my opinion, staring at me with an angry face, making me feel very uncomfortable, I was there to spend at least $100 because my friends are coming for dinner tonight and the person wasn’t willing to give me a good customer service, so I only got some t-bones and I had to go to super butcher at oxenford to get the rest of my shopping list.It wasn’t the first time that they have tried to sell me the worst meat that they had in the window, but I am so frustrated and it’s not fair the staff judge you and not giving the same treatment than with the others.

Always get great advice and great service from the team at MacNab. Also always had great quality meat at good prices. Have a good range of low and slow offerings as well. The one time they didn't have a brisket as large as I wanted, they had someone run down to another store and grab one, and call me up when ready to be picked up to save me the trip elsewhere.

Meats Reasonable . Classic Stitch up where you Cant see the scales ( covered up with Sauces and Rubs ) . Reason I say this a few weeks ago I purchased a family pack and a few other items that bought my order up to 9kg. When I got home I weighed the pack and it was only 8.1kg ( Professional Scales I Use for Work ) . Wasn't worth my time going back to dispute it . ---- Ask to see the scales when Weighing your Product.. Short Changing is Pretty standard practice with Butchers

Great staff with quite a few quick ready to cook meals and they will advise on how to cook it if you ask.Great for a learning to cook dad and was in a rush after working late.The beef stir fry only took around 10 minutes, the noodles in hot water for 4 minutes and done.Tasted great and have permission from the kids to get it again.

Would rather eat what comes out of a dogs rear hind than eat the meat from this butchers. It would be animal cruelty to feed a dog with the meat from here. Super Butchers or Steak Kings are far better quality.
