The gentleman was very abrupt over the telephone and seemed as though he couldn't be bothered talking about the product!

Fantastic service as soon as I entered the store. The right person assisted with my enquiry bent over backwards to obtain the required information. They will follow up with their supplier tomorrow and contact me with the information to confirm my order. Well done Brian and staff for the great job. It's the little things that make your day. Love this particular plant tie.The spa range and cleaning products here are very impressive.The plant section at this store can be very hit and miss. Last week it looks as though there were a lot of burnt and sick plants not doing very well.

Disgusting customer service!Entered the store today within 9 minutes before close but knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I asked the sales person the difference between two models which I was deciding between. I was then taken to an older gentleman who gave me the right advice to make up my mind. Once my wife and I went back over to the section to get the item we wanted to purchase, the original salesman just walked off and then they turned the lights off in the entire shop and left us standing in the dark! I told them I was ready to buy the item but was rudely told the tills were closed and they had paperwork to do. I said no one even asked us if we were going to make the purchase before closing the tills as we were still customers in their store. When they called to the lady behind the register if she had closed, she said no. So basically they lied to us to get us out the store. It was only 4 minutes past closing. What got our backs up even more was when the younger sales person said to us, we all have families and lives to get to". How rude and disgusting to say that to a customer. I've worked retail for over 20 years and I never once would say that or treat a customer like we were treated. So instead of making a quick $300 sale and leaving a good impression

This is a great local Hardware Store to shop in! All the staff are friendly, efficient, & helpful; with a large quantity of stock to peruse & be tempted by! Staff will order any item, if it is not available to buy when visiting.The strength of the staff is local knowledge which you cannot buy, but, they are only too keen to offer! Keep doing what you are doing! I wouldn't change a thing! Thankyou.

Very quiet nowadays, has some stock that Bunnings doesn't offer, lots of staff available to assist unlike Bunnings where you have to chase someone down, a little more expensive, not much in the way of pot plants.

It's Always good to shop in a locally owned & run store good range of goods with great service, yes you get service here
