I am in awe of the professional and phenomenal service I received over the last four days.Daniel and his team expertly packed, moved and unpacked our large 6 bedrooms house within those fours days and it was a fantastic experience. Made up for the dodgy Gumtree guys that didn't show up despite confirming two days before. These guys came promptly and moved my gear carefully and with haste. We had Daniel and Cory from Trusted Furniture Removals move us to a 5bed house a few weeks agoThe guys were so great!Moving is so stressful but these guys were exactly what we needed. They were on time, upbeat, trustworthy, friendly- smile on their faces the whole move, easily and quickly following directions of what goes where etc. They were super respectful of us, our belongings and both properties- not a single careless item dropped or wall scratched and no attitude when heavy or bulky items needed to be moved up stairs etc. They were both so hard working- literally running back and forward to the truck and up and down stairs to get as much done as possible. Ours was such a huge job - We have some bulky gym equipment as well as our normal household furniture etc so we managed to fill the largest truck completely and we ended up needing them for longer than expected but they finished just as strong as they started packing in as much value as possible for us, even using the final quarter hour to assemble some heavy tables for us before they left. I honestly don't know how we would have managed the move ourselves. I'm usually pretty stingy when it comes to paying someone to do a job I could do myself, and honestly I normally would have resented having to pay movers for a full day (10 hours) on the clock. But without these guys working their guts out all day long, my household of 3 adults would have likely struggled to do all that work, I think it would have actually taken us a few weeks!.. I certainly wouldn't have been running up and down stairs by the end hahaAbsolute life savers! Highly recommend! Thanks again for the hard work boys x

I hope you read all of this review. I have had to amend it considerably as I was pushed to do the review while they were there and did not know all the negatives!! They were nice guys but not nice enough for the costs!I was recommended Daniel by Michael at Elite Storage in Molendinar and they were just as Michael said the would be, prompt, came and gave me a price and arrived early got on with the job, had no hesitation in packing items for me! It was a reasonably large job by my standards but he and his offsider Adam got it done and eventually placed everything where I wanted it to go.***************************After giving this great review I needed to amend it as there is quite a lot of my items missing or damaged. My little compressor was damaged and that was hidden from me by being tucked under a table on the deck where I couldn't see it.A considerable number of items I packed myself are missing, they obviously decided the cartons didn't weigh enough (I packed them so I could actually manage them on my own) so they rearranged boxes by taking things out and putting other much heavier items in the boxes and have taken a number of items which I knew I'd packed. But a large number of items have still not shown up! And I have now unpacked everything to find out just how much was missing!They didn't empty the pantry which Adam said they would do that was another load I had to fit into my car after I thought I was finished.It has been a really disappointing experience and one I won't repeat with them.The 40 boxes they left between the kitchen and lounge I was told was all my kitchen items - even I knew they couldn't be right as I don't have that much kitchen stuff! I spent about 3 weeks sorting through those 40 boxes and had to repack them with like items and re-lable each box!! And then carry them to the room I was storing most of the boxes in. I had used Removalists to avoid that scenario!I am really disappointed with the entire experience, so I have to amend the rating to 1 star, and that was for turning up on time, well,Daniel did but not Adam! I moved everything myself with 4 family members from there to my current residence without any mishaps at all!!! It was much more professionally done in just a few hours.The cost of the removal was also very expensive, it was double the quoted price, especially as I have had to replace missing items which I certainly hadn't counted on! They were much slower than I expected taking practically the entire day.So in all honesty, I cannot recommend this business.
