Sorry guys, I bought 1.5kg of the eye fillet and honestly I thought it was a bit cheap at $30 a kilo, but really, when I opened the package it was a bit on the smelly side, didnt think too much of it cos there was alot of blood in the plastic wrap, cut it and cooked it.... seriously, my razor sharp steak knife struggled cutting it.... and we eat it rare. Very disappointing, let your supplier know it was awful.
