In the passed very good attention the last month the price has become 22.00 to 37.00 take away same order . The people cannot take an order as do not understand English been using for many years now no more last order was , one medium pizza and garlic bread 37.00 . Was until a few months ago 22.00 . I always tip the driver now they charge for the driver . Lost my business total lack of attention to the client . Very sad as I’m sure many have walked away .

Following the experience with the restaurants, I want to share an experience with you guys.A couple of days ago, I went to dominos in Darlinghurst and ordered a pizza and a shake as I was craving food at that time. When I got my pizza and Had about two slices, a piece of hair came out of my mouth Eventually I realised that the staff members were not wearing any net or cap to cover their head.I am informed the staff About this unprofessional approach and went away. At night my health got worse and when I consulted a doctor I was diagnosed with diarrhoea and because of food contamination, I couldn’t digest anything and couldn’t even work for the weekend. When I messaged Domino's Australia regarding this thing they told me that they will take the best action to resolve my problem. but every time I texted them they told me that my inquiry has been forwarded to the Regional manager to support my case. It is been about a week now but nobody contacted me till date.Never going to dominos after this!

i bought a pepsi to eat at place when i asked for two glasses the answer was “we do not give them” so i asked how should i drink this and he says “I dont know, it is not my problem” so apart for unfriendly useless… no customer service training for these people.

Just want to say thankyou to the staff for my order, I am in St Vincent’s hospital after a big surgery and I got an upgrade drink size and extra topping on my pizza for free. Thankyou so much ❤️ Random acts of kindness is what the world needs more of!

Tried vegetarian pizza with thin crispy crust and it waa amazing. I had garlic bread and chips but those i found okay.

Worst interaction with domino’s I’ve ever had. Delivery man intentionally squashed down my pizza box and cheese scrolls and pasta box probably because I only tipped $3 this isn’t America, tips shouldn’t even be a thing on their site. Tried calling for a refund and was hung up on 10+ times. Finally after repeatedly calling to talk to the manager I talked to him and I asked why I was hung up on so many times he said it was very busy. Terrible service and rude people. I asked for a refund and was told to go online. They offered to make me a new pizza but I know about stories of pizzas being messed with. Darlinghurst dominos can have 0 stars.

Quick service and delivery on a Friday night. Had the 3 pizza deal. Look it's a Domino Pizza. Cheapest pizza you can get in town. So if your hungry not a bad option. Pizzas have reasonable fillings. We had the Supreme, pepperoni and veg pizza
