Dave has been an absolute game changer for me. After struggling with back issues for years, having surgery and very nervous to have anyone do anything to my spine. Dave put my anxieties at ease with his calm nature and experience.He’s very understanding and never pushes you further than your comfortable and gives clear communication during the whole treatment.I haven’t felt this great in years. I feel like I have so much movement! Such a relief from my constant niggling pain that I was having.I can’t recommend Dave enough!!

I met David in my Apothecary and he was so open and easy to talk to. We discussed what he does and I had my first session with him the other day. Omg!! What a magician. He uses a variety of techniques to release and knows where the inflammation is sitting in the body. He is such a professional and really a master of his craft . My body feels like it can move more freely and I can breathe deeper after the adjustments . I cannot recommend David enough if you are in any type of pain he will help shift it.

David is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He explains his processes and what he is doing every step of the way. I enjoy my sessions with David and feel a lot better for seeing him, I am now a 'regular' and don't think I could cope without him helping me release tension and muscle soreness. Have recommended David to others and everyone is of the same opinion, he is great!

I spent years spending hundreds of dollars on both chiropractors and massage therapists bi weekly to manage my hip and back pain with chronic headaches.Since I began seeing David at Apex recovery I don't need to do that anymore. David uses a combination of remedial massage and decompression therapy to treat the whole body as apposed to just spot treatments.I no longer have any hip pain at all, I have fewer headaches and can go a long time between treatments.David can attend the home which is extremely convenient and is a lovely person.I would absolutely recommend Apex recovery to anybody
