Community Kids Haven Early Learning Centre Knoxfield

I have had all 3 of my children go here, my youngest is still there doing kinder. I can't recommend them highly enough they are all caring and know each child. Great variety of food and accommodating when my child doesn't eat something particular. Special mention to jodie who has helped myself and the centre through covid and coming out of covid, she is someone I know that my son loves and I know that she loves all the kids and is passionate about her job. Thank you for everything you do jodie it is not unnoticed

Good luck if your child is in this childcare.My son was hit by another child using a shovel on 3 separate occasions, with the 3rd hit resulting in a deep long scratch on his right cheek, which has left a permanent scar. This has had a significant impact on his well-being and mental health.The 2nd incident occurred on Sep 2, 2022.and on Sep 5, 2022, I sent a serious complaint letter to the management, expressing my concerns that my son was being targeted by a certain child for bullying, and requested that they conduct a risk assessment and remove the shovel from the facility.On Sep 6, 2022, I received an official response from the senior operations manager that they would look into it.On Sep 9, 2022, my son was hit by a shovel for a third time, resulting in a tiny" scratch on his right cheek as per educator. I have communicated with the educator

My little one has been attending Community Kids Haven Knoxfield for 4 years now through 5 different age rooms.The centre itself is lovely, modern and clean and the staff are so lovely!! Hayley is always super helpful when I need to book in extra days and nothing is too much trouble.My daughter loves attending and all of the carers are so attentive, warm and friendly.I HIGHLY recommend this centre, your little one will be in the very best of hands!

we as a family are so happy with community kids haven knoxfield.the staff's approach is always amazing, they are friendly, nurturing, super supportive, communicative and engaging. our child has been at the centre now for 2 years and we have seen some changes over this time and to see how much the staff, children and centre grow in that time has been a wonderful experience. Our child is always having new and challenging experiences to support her everyday growth

In our opinion its is the worst childcare we have sent our kids to , we highly recommend people reconsider taking your kids their. the good staff have left the management is poor, they'll harass you while your at work over a manufactured small issue but then your child comes home with bruises and no body knows anything, they'll constantly mess up your paper work and then blame you for it,

It's always being a great journey to have our son in Community kids haven early learning centre. All the staff there are extremely friendly and caring.The manager Haylee is so helpful and patient for all of our questions and concerns. Each time we need her, she is always there. Also we want to thank all of the ladies from Nursery two. I fully trust them to take good care of my son, and they never let me down. I love all of the art work, music and story time they organized.With personal reason, today was my son's last day. Mrs Kelly who is the room leader baked the cupcakes for him since tomorrow is his birthday. Such a nice surprise. We will definitely miss them and come back as soon as we can.

My daughter has been attending Community Kids Haven Knoxfield for just over 2years now, and they have made my daughter and feel so comfortable and cared for the whole time we have been attending, even the first few weeks when I struggled leaving her for the first time in someone elses care, i could not fault a single thing.A huge thank you, to Kelly and Bec being the very first two people she warmed too on her first few days. And all the amazing educators that she has grown beautiful relationships with of whom have played a big part in her life so far.It has been an absolute joy having my daughter attend community kids haven, you have all welcomed us and made us both feel so comfortable, all the beautiful, happy and caring people that work here, the friends my daughter has made and everything she has learnt during her time here.We will miss you all dearly when we finish up.

An amazing centre with extremely dedicated staff. I’ve worked here on placement and I’ve seen how passionate the Educators are with the children and their learning. The atmosphere is family friendly and staff are approachable, communicative and nurturing.The staff present engaging experiences for the children where smiles and laughs are always seen with the children.I would highly recommend Community Kids Haven Knoxfield.

Irresponsible and horrible attitude to solve the problem. My boy got hurt there and they did nothing. 3cm scars left on my boy's face forever cause they allow the damaged shovel toys in the room and never repair or replace it with a new one. Finger cross no kids get hurt again there if you decide to let your sweetheart take the risk.
