Nails on Norton

Terrible experience! The technician was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing. The SNS on my nails was lumpy, poorly shaped and my cuticles were messier than when I went into the salon. 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

I used to go here for medicure gel and pedicure normal with young girl. My nails gel last so long around 3 weeks but last time I came back to do my nails my pedicure, the short lady did very rushed and unprofessional. And my polish nail doesn’t look even and peel on the side. I’m not happy and never come back again

quite upset with the service, i wanted nails done for my birthday and it looked nothing like the picture i showed, the women sliced my skin when filing them and made all my cuticles bleed. didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing but i had to endure the pain. for some reason a simple colour took 2 hours. luckily i went somewhere else and got them fixed the next day

Terrible need to learn the business before touching people. Not very professional took too long my face was burnt from the wax, some of the girls have no idea, since Vanessa has left the place has gone down the drain. I Won't be back have found a better place THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ARE DOING.

My first visit to this salon, I am very impressed! I had a bikini wax and a few days later returned for a shellac manicure. The salon is so clean and the atmosphere is very friendly. I have been used to a salon that overbooks and leaves you sitting on a chair for a while before they have time for you, Nails on Norton is a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be back. Professionalism and quality has went down hill since Vanessa (slay queen) left. Have recently changed salons and they were SHOCKED!!! at the botched job Nails on Norton gave me. Will NOT be returning. Price is not worth it AT All.

My friend went back twice to ask you do the job properly and that is what you’ve done for her finally.Messy management bad and service.

I have been a long term customer of Nails on Norton. But ever since Vanessa left, the quality of my nails has seriously declined. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. They were appalled at the state of my nails and were kind enough to fix them for me. I will not be coming back to Nails on Norton anytime soon.

DON'T GO HERE!! Vanessa is gone and the new technicians have never been trained. I had been coming here for years and after being back in the area I was immediately struck by how dirty and unorganized the salon was. It was clear Vanessa had left. I asked for a simple full set acrylic with shellac and they had no idea what I was talking about. It was like they had never done nails before. The lady used her fingers to mould my acrylic! The poor lady next to me hadn't been getting her nails done long enough to correct the technicians on what they were doing wrong. If I explained every thing they did, this would be a manifesto. Just. Save yourself. Run.

The people were lovely and did a wonderful job. They payed attention and made sure you were happy the result. Decent price, would recommend.
