Great delivery service ordered on a Thursday, in transit Friday, delivered Monday. So pleased with the quality of the products too. This is my second order from independence Australia, and I am real pleased with their service.

Have been on hold for 2 days, for up to 3 hrs at a time trying to organise nutritional support using a dietician referral for my elderly mum. Listening to how wonderful the company is on the recorded message over and over again with no indication of whether we are progressing in the queue or not. Surely there’s a better way to establish support than this, using modern technology or adequate staffing. I feel for those clients that have to negotiate this system independently, doesn’t seem very inclusive considering the section of our community that require services from this company. Hopefully our calls and email will be answered soon

These people are nothing short of thieves.Don't try and return a purchase - they give you poor instructions, charge a ridiculous amount to return and then won't refund your money. I lost my $117.00 and then they had the audacity to send me an invoice for $27.50 to return 3 items. Originally they sent my purchase in 2 deliveries and want to charge for 2 returns even though it was one pickup.

Appalling customer service, they take at least a week to reply to emails and good luck getting through on the phones. Then when you finally get an email reply they are cold an unapologetic. Will never orderfrom Independence Australia again. Cheaper prices elsewhere and much better customer service.

Since September 2022's revamp of online store, I've found it harder to navigate. Today was really bad. Everything I wanted to check was not found". A Google search for each item showed availability at this organisation! Extremely frustrating and time consumingAnother negative - cardboard box said 12 rolls of 2.5cm x 9.1m white Micropore tape. Do not buy from this company!!!! We paid $100 for a product and received a $50 product. Have not received a refund. Terrible customer service. They take forever to respond and then don't do what they say they will do. Someone was supposed to come collect the wrong product and replace with the correct product. They never did. We still have it. Payed $100 for NOTHING. This company is a SCAM!!!!

If I could put negative stars I would!We left independence for support coordination after there was very minimal contact for support!It took us a month waiting for them to release documents, which meant my mum struggled for a month with no support while we changed organisations!And now that we left, they’re saying we can’t order any products from them? That there’s been no account since LAST YEAR! yet when I ordered stuff in FEBRUARY there was an account?!?!Take accountability for your stuff ups and do better!!!

I THOUGHT Independence Australia WAS a company with SOME integrity. I was WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I put in an order for over $300 worth of products, just two days before my husband, whom the products were for, passed away, - at the end of January 2023. I called IA, and arranged to return the products unopened. They sent me return labels and arranged prompt pick up and I followed all instructions. Then I received a refund for just ONE product, - costing around $40. When I called ( one hour on hold on the phone!) to find out where the rest of my refund was, I was told that the other products were probably still on a pallette somewhere that had not been unpacked and that this could taske a couple of weeks. But that when that was done it would be processed. One month later- still not processed! Two months later I called again, ( one and a half hours on hold on the phone!) A helpful gentleman apologized for the compnay and said he would arrange a refund immediately- but it could take up to a week to be processed!" ( WHY???????!!!!!) The next day- I receive by email

Sadly didn't receive my products (delayed to the point of not needing the supplies any longer, another review for another day) and that is no fault of this company, however the low rating is for the customer service line hanging up on me as I was still speaking about my experience with their chosen courier.
