Ace Gutters

We spoke to a fellow on he phone today about a 12m long gutter that we are after. Very helpful, polite and kind over the phone answered all our questions.

The warehouse staff are friendly and helpful however the office and sales staff are degrading and rude. The man that served me kept staring at me without saying anything, then when I didn’t know the technical name of the product I needed he continued to just stare at me blankly without telling me what it is called, despite my best attempt to describe it to him. I then said I’m sorry I am not experienced with the names of these products to which he replied “yes I can tell” very sarcastically. Sadly this is the second time I’ve been treated this way at Ace gutters. A one star rating flatters this business!

I phoned this business to order some products on the request of my builder. They refused to accept the order as I was not the account owner (even though he had provided the account details for me to give them). I advised the sales person I WOULD PAY OVER THE PHONE and he refused to take the order. This is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. From the moment the phone was answered the operator was abrupt and unhelpful. We are doing extensive renovations and would not recommend this business to anyone. As I said to the operator, you don't want my money then I will spend it somewhere else"."

Drive in to the basement. Went to the office and order. Get docket, gave it to the boys on the counter. Got the order and drove off. Overall took literally about 10 mins, that'sif you know what you want. Very good and professional people in the office and outside. Would definitely recommended.

Always get great service from the helpful staff

I purchased sets of gutter products through their online ordering website.I was also able to download their price book, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Once the order is done I got a follow up call from sales lady and received the quote on Email. Price was very competitive, and delivery fee was next to nothing! They delivered the parts on the promised day.It was a first time for me to replace and install the new gutters myself, but all the how to instructions are on their website and even video was provided.As their name ACE" suggests

If you own a double storey house and have solar panels don't waste your time with this company. It's all too hard for them.I put an online query a while ago. I told them I needed approximately 90 lineal metres of guttering.I get a phone call a few days later from a guy saying he has been on Google and had a look. Basically because I have a 2 storey home with solar panels they cannot help. Something to do with access to the front of the house which is where the panels are. The panels are easily 1 metre from the gutter.Have they not heard of scaffolding? Duh.....I think the saleman took the easy way out. I have since had a competitor come out and complete the job with no issues whatsoever. They did an absolutely amazing job. I have since steered multiple people I know away from Ace..... and they all had single storey homes. Na well!!!!
