I had to bring my car in as it started to make all of these clunky rattling noises, it just did not sound good. I asked about what it could have been and their response was great. I’m not a car person at all but they made it very simple to understand and they were so friendly, which was perfect! I picked my car up at the end of the day with no trouble. The customer service and dedication to helping me was above and beyond compared to any other workshop I’ve been too. Would go back again.

Had my recently purchased pre-owned Honda Jazz serviced by Ben. Booking was easy and had to change the date at the last minute, and the workshop was able to accommodate.Dropped off the car in the AM and was offered with a freshly made coffee.General oil change and inspection was carried out, did received a text message with photo recommending change of air filter in engine bay, and was quoted with reasonable price.Car was ready as originally scheduled and felt nicer to drive and smoother when idled.Was also provided with proper service document at the end just like dealership service.Overall I felt confident with Ben and appreciate his professionalism and honest advice and definitely will be returning for future services.

Recently just took my Hyundai in for its 90,000km service after receiving a referral from my friend and wasn’t I impressed! Not only was the pricing cheaper than my regular servicing dealer but the customer service was outstanding. Ben is a genuine guy offering genuine customer service, and I appreciate the time he took to walk me through my car's inspection and answer all my questions in simple to understand language. I recently had my 2008 bmw 335i serviced with phoenix mechanical which was outstanding, everything was done to the top of standards and on time, I also had an engine light which was addressed accordingly and explained to me thoroughly, excellent customer service. 10/10 will be back again.
