Fantastic customer service regarding repairs for my machine under warranty. Collected by courier and returned at no extra cost to me. Staff very easy to talk to over phone and via email. Definitely recommend dealing straight with Singer Co.

My experience with Singer Australia in Seven hills has been a completely abysmal experience. After discussing a return of an item that my husband bought as a gift. (Return NOT accepted as outside newly adopted company policy ((convenient)) even though I could not make it to the store during the return period due to Covid & vaccination constraints and phones were not being answered during that time) The manager on duty scoffed and laughed that “If it was actually a gift it is very STRANGE gift”. My husband bought it for me out of a gesture of love after a particularly hard year for me personally. It was a gift of the purest kind. And to be shamed and judged for a gift of this nature was unkind. While it may seem “strange” to Monique Guerreiro (manager on duty at the seven hills location December 13th). My husband gave me a gift of time to ease my effort around the house of something that I genuinely like doing. That was wrong Monique. And I hope that you do not experience that type of ridicule and judgement for anything someone does for you. I am not materialistic, but I know my gift was given from a pure heart. Please don’t shame that.Edit to update and to respond. I tried to return the item with in the 14 day time frame. Unfortunately due to Covid shut down the I was unable to reach anyone at any number provided. Additionally I was unable to visit the store in person as I had only one dose of the Covid vaccine(receiving my second only Tuesday) I was unable to return the product due to Covid and this was out of my control. I explained this to Monique as well and she told me there is no way to document the times I did try to call when the staff was not able to answer.

I have received great customer service from Marilou who has helped me purchase my first Singer Sewing machine the Quantum Stylist 9960 last year and I am super happy with it. I am now looking forward to receive my Overlocker 14SH754 and can't wait to use it. Marilou has been very helpful again, helping and advising me, seeking feedback and keeping me inform of the progress. Thank you.

I recently purchased - the 141G Single Needle Integrated Lockstitch Machine. As a beginner, I was a little intimidated by the idea of an industrial machine, but I have to say, this one is a game-changer. First of all, the machine is super easy to use. The controls are straightforward and the instructions that came with it were clear and easy to follow. Plus, the machine itself is very intuitive. But what really sets this machine apart is its power and speed. It's amazing how quickly it can sew through even thick fabrics. And the stitches it produces are strong and consistent. I've never had any issues with my seams coming apart or fraying. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase of the 141G Single Needle Integrated Lockstitch Machine. It's a great machine for beginners like me, but I can also see how it would be a valuable tool for more experienced sewers as well. If you're in the market for an industrial machine, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try!The customer service was excellent. When I had a question about the machine, I was able to get in touch with their customer support team right away, and they were super helpful and friendly. And to top it off, the machine was delivered to me within a week of placing my order. I was really impressed with how fast it arrived, especially considering it was a heavy piece of equipment that needed to be shipped. All in all, a great experience with this company.

Today I bought a Singer 6705C H/D and when I got home I starting working on a sewing project and I have to say, it’s by far the best machine on the market at that price level. Congratulations on an amazing machine that’s bringing my hours of joy. It’s quiet, automatic if you don’t want to use the foot. The variety of stitching is amazing. I highly recommend this machine.
