Went by here to get the seat adjusted on my used bike. Super simple task but Jeff was happy to help! Glad to have this shop close by in town.

The first time I visited this place and bought my current electric bike there, it was not really the experience I expected, the guy who sold it to me was 0 empathetic, I could realised he didn't feel like working, he seemed annoyed by my questions all the time and he explained practically nothing to me regarding the operation of the electric bicycle that I was buying... he was really unfriendly and 0 professional.With the passage of time, the brake on my bicycle has started to stop working correctly, I did not want to visit this site again because I would not have to come across it again, but since it is something as important as the brake on my bike, I did not I had no choice but to go. Last Monday I decided to visit this place one more time crossing my fingers because the guy who sold me my bike wasn't there.To my surprise I ran into a completely friendly guy, who explained to me very well what was happening with the brake on my bicycle, he gave me an estimate of what it would cost to change both brakes, he adjusted one of them without any extra cost, he paid attention to all the details and as if that were not enough, he sprayed both brakes with a special fluid to see if the condition of my brakes improved. It was a deal of 10 and I realised that he is a great professional and the most important thing: that he knows how to deal with clients properly, thank you very much Jeff, for your help, your time and your professionalism.

I had already tried to get my missing rear wheel spokes replaced at 2 other bike shops. They weren’t interested. These guys were energetic and very helpful. My bike was a Valk (thru the internet) but these guys were able to source replacement spokes (5) for the rear drive hub and about 6 days later I had my bike back.As I live in Suffolk Park this shop will now be my go to.Very good $price, good work = happy customer. I recommend these guys.Spike

I walked in to the shop yesterday wanting to rent three electric bicycles for three days. The young lady behind the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would recommend going online and using ebike2u - much cheaper and fantastic customer service.

Thanks for nothing!My girlfriend came in with her bike today to ask about an issue with her gears.The two guys grabbed the bike straight away and said a it’s just a quick 5 minute job they can do quickly.After 15 minutes the gave it back to her and charged 20$!! - just to let her know that “it’s really complicated” and “unfortunately only 2 out of three gears are working now”What kind of “service” or “qualified” help is this? Making it worse than before and making money with customers that don’t know better!Never again - unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars.

Not recommended at all!!When i left the place they said everything was fine and now they took around 500$ from my account!?!?Really bad service. If you still want to use their bikes, ask for copies of everything and to be explained about the geo zone, etc.0⭐️Para el olvido

Incredible range of Electric Bikes, Road bikes and gravel bikes. Has to be the best bike shop in byron bay.
