Disappointed that the delivery driver can’t even come knock at my door down the driveway. He just straight up writes a collection note and puts it in the letterbox.

Delivery was poor as I was waiting for a delivery at home all day no knock or anything then was told by staff at post office to come back next week. I am not happy!!

Australia post has left my parcel in a safe place, then came back to steal it a few days later. Have the mail officer on camera, please do not trust Australia post, choose a freight company instead. They are very untrustworthy, when I confronted them, they would not do anything to fix the problem of the stolen parcel. Not very happy

The only option to contact Port Lincoln PO (by phone) is to call the a 131318 number - then wait 20plus minutes. Can not be put through to speak with customer service at the physical location. Was just wanting to know info about renewal of a passport / photos and make sure the service would be available before driving hundreds of kilometers. Customer service design is rotten - dumb - archaic. Should be able to make a phone call the physical location and speak to a customer service rep without the 131318 number.

Waiting for a part sent by express post so we can put it on a motor to get going and get back to work only to receive it at 1645 in the afternoon. When questioned the delivery driver tells us that he had been delivering other parcels around Pt Lincoln all day and not express post first claiming they had until 1700 in the afternoon as a cut off.This really makes a mockery of express post. We had been to the post office earlier in the afternoon inquiring where the express post parcel was? Less important items from internet shoppers should not come before express post Australia Post.

Outstanding service.Without any doubt, the lady who kept looking for our voting papers that were c/o Post Office was the best customer service person that we have come across in a very long time. Her follow-up phone call and forwarding to the next PO worked perfectly for us, all because she cared about the customers.Thank you (sorry I didn't get a name).

I sent a package to myself in the uk and still havnt received it there was about $100 of stuff in it things for people at home I haven't been contacted telling me why it's not made it but there are also irreplaceable photos and hats in the box
