Organised a test drive through their website and then attended the store. They let you go out on the test drive by yourself and enjoy the car. When you return they answer any questions you may have but do not then put pressure on you to buy on the spot. When I can back for a second test drive they then helped me to order a vehicle. There is no pressure to upsell your choice or get any expensive options. Now just have to wait for the vehicle to be delivered.

Test drive service is great.Sadly, I asked a sales person a few questions they couldn't answer. The sad part is I then went for a test drive and when I returned the sales person had made no effort to get answers to any of my questions.Fortunately, there's plenty of data online...

Awesome, helpful staff.Had a hard time getting any helpful information about my delivery date, but this is Tesla's policy and not the staff or Tesla Canberra.I found the experience prior to delivery so frustrating being stonewalled that I gave a negative review previously - but the delivery experience and experience thereafter have been great. Just pain to get past which is unfortunate.Within the scope of what they could do, they did an awesome job at Tesla Canberra. I will say, some more money spent on pre-delibery detailing would be good, as well as a bit more thought into communication with customers nearing delivery.Since getting my Tesla, I have zero regrets, so I'm rewriting this review to reflect my updated feelings about the experience. Thanks team!

I booked tesla in Nov 2022, and I am still waiting.. I referred a friend, and he booked in April 2023 and he is getting it on 30 June... Don't know what Tesla is up to?. Also, Plenti (tesla preferred finance provider) bumped the interest rate as the car is not delivered on time. Why should a customer suffer due to the delay caused by Tesla. I regret getting a Tesla and I would not refer anyone in future.

Went there to see the Model Y and was thoroughly impressed. Staff were super polite and no pressure compared to what you get at normal car dealership.Keep in mind to be respectful of their time and try to move along once done since it's a small space. Same goes for the car given there's only one of each model.They do have targets so if you're thinking of putting a deposit, consider putting it at the store since it'll help them to grow the business which is beneficial for Tesla owners.

The staff were helpful. The shop is adequate. The place out the back where you get to drive from is ok, but it’s an alley so it’s busy and cramped. Be aware a lot of delivery vehicles and foot traffic. That’s just a heads up.

Staff really lack knowledge and super pushy - calling every single day threatening to sell my ordered vehicle to someone else unless I finalise my loan and make payment instantly. Ordering my new car from these guys was a pretty uncomfortable and difficult experience. Worst of all, the car that was sold to me had damage, and Tesla are making the process of resolving this extremely difficult.

Very disappointing I was going to buy Tesla Y model and registered for it online and instore but I didn't get any notification email from TeslaI did booked for the car at high price which is very uncomfortable with Tesla service and their email service.

I found the staff were quite good. It was a bit uncomfortable when they sit you down to to put a deposit on a vehicle without finance pre approval. Most frustratingly when you order a car not in stock they give you a date for arrival to which I found they change, for me they changed it a whole month. Because I had arranged finance based on this date, I’m making repayments without a car. The money I was supposed to save buying electric is already costing me. I would suggest not to mislead your customers on delivery date, be honest and transparent about the delivery of the car because these details contradict your professionalism. You should have shipped enough in by now to get a better idea on arrival

I had very pleasant experience with the Tesla Canberra Team. Shout out to all the members for organizing my delivery a day early then my scheduled appointment on my request. They arranged everything in perfect order ( clean car and 100% charged with plat covers on rego plate ) and when I reached, it was all ready to go. Excellent Service.Special mention for Robyn, Milan , Akash and rest of the members ( Sorry don't know all the member names ). You guys are amazing. Please keep doing the great work. Thank you.
