Skyebar Lounge and Restaurant
It’s very nice to come here to watch sunset. The food and drinks were good. Very relaxing and chill.It get busy with people and music after dinner time. It turns like a night club.

A friend had her 30th birthday at Skye Bar.The staff were really friendly, the food was delicious. The music was great and in general the atmosphere was amazing.We had such a great night!

The decor and ambience is nice. The view during the day is lovely. The staff are all very friendly and attentive however the biggest turn off is the price. Expensive food that is subpar (sliders were so dry) and the drinks are quite expensive.

Super fun place! Went here with mates and the staff were so friendly. We were ordering cocktails frequently and then the staff came up to us and gave us free shots although having not ordered them! Would definitely go back here, it’s a good spot and saved the travel into the city when you would prefer to stay somewhere more local

Drinks were great if a little on the pricey side, my 2 mocktails were at least $30.The staff were phenomenal, I arrived before the rest of my group and wasn't sure exactly who was coming. They were really lovely about me waiting, especially as we didn't have a reservation.My biggest issue was that the lighting was a little odd. It made everything kind of red, and it was really loud, I was glad I had my earplugs. The braziers also made some areas a little warm, and certain areas were closed.

Had a few drinks here before having dinner at a restaurant nearby. It’s been a while since I’ve been around this area & is nice to see a rooftop bar around here. This bar is situated within the Crowne Plaza (which I didn’t even know existed until searching for a place to drink around Burwood!).Only thing that could be improved on is the waitstaff. Some were attentive but unfortunately the one looking after our table managed to forget my 1st drink order & get the 2nd wrong! It wasn’t even that busy…the platters looked really nice & would’ve ordered some if we didn’t have dinner plans.

Tasty fries and calamari, cocktails were nice but for the price the portion was small and quality was not as nice as compared to other places I’ve tried, two examples are if your looking for better fried calamari you must try Loulou’s cafe/restaurant for $18 or Ribs & Rumps for $17.95 (both located in Sydney Olympic Park; great places for food if your in the area for a concert/event).The atmosphere and environment of SKYE BAR were nice. Staff were friendly, attentive and informative about recommendations.Just wish the quality of the food picked up a notch to match the ambience of the place. I assumed higher price would equate to better food but in this case unfortunately not. It’s more so to cover the cost of business operations I guess (staff pay, utilities, marketing, premises, etc.)It is a beautiful place but I probably would only re-visit for drinks and eat elsewhere or try something else on the menu and hope for the best.
