Sales girl was great over phone and really helpful when I went to the store including matching the price from a competition store. Ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses from her.

Great service, Good knowledge of the product I was after (replacement lenses), Helpful in choosing the right ones from the extensive range they had available, cleaned and fitted ready to go in minutes, all round easy shopping experience :)

I was here over the Longweekend to fix a pair of 7 year old glasses, the young lady working was OUTSTANDING!!!! Couldnt be more helpful. I've been in plenty of Oakley stores but this was the best yet.

Horrible experience, Kim was very unprofessional and conducted herself badly when earlier that morning I called kim to make arrangements to customise a pair of Oakley sunglasses. Kim reassured me she stocked all the parts including lenses..I called Kim again to which she said to come up as when her advice to use her website to customise the sunglasses failed so before I drove up I asked her again if she was sure she had parts as I was driving 85kms to her store, againshe checked and guaranteed me she had them..When I arrived 3hrs later she told me at point-blank she couldn't help me as she realised she didn't have the tungsten lenses I requested and her excuse was Covid"? She was rude and just acted like a drama queen so thanks for waisting my time Oakley Greenhills !"
