WOW - we are absolutely blown away by the incredible service from John and the whole team. We were recommended to go with JZ Floorworx and I have to say that it is the best experience we have ever had from a trade. We had a very tricky and big job - European oak herringbone pattern across 2 levels and 4 flights of stairs (with a huge amount of angles involved). We decided to move out for the period of getting the floor done and John started the job on time and he and his team worked around the clock to get it done by the time we moved back in.I don’t normally leave google reviews as I don’t have time but I am leaving one here - if you are reading this review and determining whether to use JZ Floorworx or not - trust me, use them. They are the best in the business and we are absolutely blown away by their service. To this day (3 months on) we are still blown away by the care and attention to detail and our new floor has completely changed the house and elevated it to another level.Thank you so much to John and the team!

John was professional from the initial meeting and quote through to on time delivery and installation of the floor which looks superb (Sorrento Sandhill engineered timber). This is a key element of a major home renovation and I'm delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending their work.

John and the team did a fantastic job, 150m2 installed in 3 days, including stairs and baseboard fit out. John went the extra mile and came out a day earlier and cut all the stair nosing ahead of time to allow me to fit custom led stair lighting. He also has a gun subfloor prep guy who took 3 days to get my concrete slab within tolerances for engineered wood flooring.Very happy with the finished result.

We couldn’t be more thrilled and delighted by the transformation of our unit by John and his team using the glorious oak flooring from Melbourne Oak Flooring. John put the gorgeous oak boards over the existing horrible tiles. The result is outstanding. The workmanship is superb however I think one of the best things was working with John, his knowledge and ability to overcome issues was so reassuring and he is so nice and easy to deal with. He takes on the job as if it was for his own house and was as delighted as we were with the result.

John and team did a great job laying our engineered timber floorboards. Job was completed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.
