Women and men’s items available with a good selection of clothing shoes and accessories. Only draw back is there is nothing I could find under $400.

I work in the centre, so I visit the surrounding stores regularly. I can safely say that almost all the staff at this Balenciaga store have an extremely bad attitude, lack of passion for the brand and HUGE lack of respect for clientele.I have had staff roll their eyes at me, look me up and down condescendingly; I have been left waiting and even ignored by different staff on various days. I once had one of the female staff tell me to “look it up yourself” when I asked about the price of an item. This same staff member whom when I asked if they had my size shoe in stock, said “probably not” without even making any effort to look.I used to have a SA here who was absolutely amazing, it’s sad that I have not had a pleasant experience in this store ever since then.I refuse to give my money (and commission) to staff with no respect, I continue to view things in store and put up with the rude staff, then buy online later. I don’t know how this store manages to make ANY money due to the staffs poor behaviour

April made my purchasing experience smooth and non-complicated. The online, international store was out of stock in my size. I reached out via email to this store and had a response within a couple of hours.With restrictions in place I had concerns on shipping and payment being complicated. That wasn't the case. Paid for shoes and within a day or two they were at my doorstep - express shipped overnight.

Stella was polite, served with a smile, patient and helped me buy couple of Tees. Stella did a Stellar job.

The female staff/manager was very helpful with assisting the return of my online shopping purchase this morning. It was a very efficient process.In luxury, only online purchases can be refunded, not store-bought items. Not sure why people give one star about this.

I bought one Bensalaga. And you know what I am only ever gon buy more Bensalaga. So you gone have cashapp me 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 thousand dollars if you want me to burn any of my Bensalaga

Visited store on 20th Mar 2023, was looking for triple s sneaker for my friend, I asked about the item to Chinese female staff (I am from Asian background as well. Just to specify ethnicity) but she was playing with her phone all the time and did not wanted to help me and my friend. My friend really liked sneaker but he decided not to buy them from the store. At the end we went to Collins street to buy the sneaker. It was very cold attitude to us and we were unhappy about the customer service couple of questions that we asked was ignored. While we were asking questions, her old client? Who wants to buy things came up and her face turned around. Became a very happy and helpful staff. I get that she does not want to waste time to tyre kicker customers but we were there to buy things…. Maybe we should wear balenciaga from top to the end to enter the store like her old client did.

The service has always been the highest quality whenever I go. I already knew what I wanted to buy prior but after being shown another item I was instantly sold on it. Big thanks to Crystal and the new manager.

Second time going in to this store and both have really bad service & bad attitude. Served by also both asian females. First time was like she can't even bother to serve me and just like CBF ATTITUDE" when i ask for any other colours of the bag. Second time which is today 6th november 6pm

This is without a doubt one of the best retail customer experiences i've had so far. In particular, Sam went above and beyond to ensure that I got the bag that i wanted, going as far as to contact customer service on my behalf to solve an issue. The staff is extremely accommodating, professional and reliable - and even more so in the middle of lockdown! I'm in Sydney and they even arranged postage to my house, cannot recommend this store and the staff enough. Will definitely be shopping there in the future!!
