Top marks to this mob for ineptitude, incompetence and being unprofessional. What a waste of tax payer money keeping them employed. Pathetic. Zero stars would be way too generous a rating for them.

Friendly staff, got there early, so not a big wait. Later in the day it gets very busy.Considering the size of the community they serve, they need a bigger, more modern facility.

Rudest staff! There was nothing to say that I had to wait for my number to be called and the screen showed my number allocated to a counter. So I walked up to it and the man behind the counter was super rude. Need to be trained on civil behaviour towards customers!!

Went this morning on opening. Someone greeted me at the door and based on my needs gave me a ticket. Only waiting about couple minutes and received friendly service from Matthew. Very positive experience.

The guy who made our booking lacked attention to detail. Just putting a review as feedback so it doesn’t happen to other customers. Went to hoppers crossing to book a license transfer (NSW to VIC) in Bendigo Vic Roads as it was the earliest date available. I arranged a day off from work too. Drove 2.5 hrs to Bendigo to be told that the person who made the booking sent the licence details to be approved to South Australia rather than NSW. I wasn’t able to get my license transferred and had to rebook to a later date for 2 weeks later. Highly disappointing as I passed my physical nsw license to the guy who made the booking and gave all correct details. Please ensure your staff are making all bookings accurately as people make adjustments to their busy schedules for their bookings.

The worst customer service received in the whole world because a bunch of arrogant people sitting behind the counter at VicRoads Hoppers crossing, had a booking done for interstate license transfer and car registration and they made double booking for license changeover in hoppers crossing and Geelong. I had to cancel my booking twice because my original booking was not visible on VicRoads website after explaining all of this there was no apology for the error they made, and previously when I asked why we have to pay $19 for rescheduling the appointment before 24 hrs the person replied saying you come in and waste our time but then they don’t care when our time gets wasted, I guess their morning briefing is about how to be rude to the people walk in and then on basis of that they get awarded. Hereafter I will not mind calling and wasting your time but definitely don’t want to see your rude and misbehaving staff members face again. However, the 2 staff’s giving out the ticket are very nice and polite to everyone who walks in.

Ticket system does not work, I've been sitting here for an hour and watching people walk in and get serviced before me. Even servicing people without tickets. I would have been better off waiting in a line. Very dissatisfied. If only there were competition to vic roads we could go across to.

Hoppers Crossing VicRoads is always so efficient. They are very busy but get through customers waiting very quickly. Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff here are very nice to newcomers getting their learners for the first time. The ticketing system is effective and fast. The lady working at the entrance was extremely kind and helpful with my paperwork to ensure things went smoothly. The process took no longer than 20 minutes.
