I love this place! Such a great selection. Staff are a dream. And...my very well behaved doggo is allowed inside. Which meant I bought more than just something for the kiddo...but who can resist????I didn’t take any pics in the store. But here is my son hanging of the swing bridge just bc.

Meryl was awesome. Discovered the type of reader my son was, gave him advice as how to make his reading experience more pleasurable and helped him select a suitable book as well as my other two children. Then asked him to come and see her next time he was in town to let her know how he went. Couldn't have asked for better service. Love this book shop. Good job guys.

A proper bookshop run by Meryl who knows her stock in the store inside out. We stay in Lorne twice a year and no visit is complete unless we visit Lorne Beach Books and add to our already extensive home library for our avid 7 and 5 year old readers with a recommendation from Meryl. If you're staying in Lorne or just stopping by, I highly recommend you stop by and get your next great read from here.

This is a great bookshop! They have a great range so it's very likely you'll find what you're looking or, like I have, find something completely new! The staff are very friendly too.Don't visit Lorne and not visit this shop!

We experienced incredible service at this bookshop this morning. The woman working in the store took time to ask our son about his preferred genre, age, reading ability, and about other books he had enjoyed. She paraphrased what she heard from him and provided recommendations. He felt heard by her and it was a sensational example of attentive service.This bookshop is beautiful curated and staffed. Can not recommend it enough. Thank you!
