Fix Auto Clayton

We were recommended to them by our Insurance. We got our Mazda 2 fixed as a result of an accident. They were very organised and informed me all the way, was very professional. They've done a pretty good job on our car too. Highly recommended.

Went to a 'big name' 'repairer and waited over a month with no contact then received an outrageous quote. Got in contact with Damo and the car was as good as new by the end of the week with all genuine parts, he even helped me out with a courtesy car and called every few days with car updates. Then after completion he got in touch again to make sure everything was 100% to my liking. Can't say enough about the specialized service. Keep up the great work Fix Auto

Took my car here for a not at fault" insurance repair on my BMW. Rob was a straight forward guy

Got the front bumper of a subaru BRZ replaced. The fix was quick and was finished within a week. HOWEVER they did not completely fix the car as they had noticed the fender liners were missing but did not replace it. They called up about a light fixture missing (was inside the car but was replaced with a brand new one) however did not mention anything about the liners (which surely would be an important piece). The damaged liners were in the boot of the car which they noticed when trying to put the broken front lip in the boot (this piece was NOT replaced during the job either).Would have to pay an extra $200 per liner to get new ones put in. If they had completed the job correctly or fixed their mistake this would have been a 5 star review.Update:To clear up owner's reply. The so called request to replace the indicator light was *AFTER* they called us to let us know it was missing and was *TOLD* of where it was inside the car. We had to *COME BACK* after the car's bumper had been fixed to address the missing liners and front lip, which we were then told to obtain the liners ourselves before they would install at extra charge of course. We ended up obtaining the liners and front lip to install ourselves and not because we wanted to keep the price low.

Took my car in on a Monday morning for a rear bumper replacement and some body work repair and painting. It was completed by Weds afternoon. The job is perfect and the car was returned spotless. I was kept informed of progress by Elle through the 3 days. All in all a very professional experience and an excellent job done.

Rob and the team were very accommodating given that we just had a new born just days before the pick up date.Once picked up the vehicle, I noticed a few minor issues and the team were very accommodating to have a look at them on the same day I picked up the vehicle. Given the fact that I was running gon 2 hours of sleep, I really liked the way Rob took it on to himself to ensure the issues were fixed properly.Thanks all..

I came to get the damage in the back of my car repaired, but they even went above and beyond to touch up other minor scratches on the front bumper bar. free of charge, and also washed and cleaned the car. Excellent customer service, and very quick turnaround time - highly recommend Fix Auto Clayton!
