Coffs Coast CrossFit

My daughter joined Coffs Coast Cross Fit at the end of last year. She was nervous about entering this new environment but the staff at CCCF were so friendly, welcoming and supportive she felt comfortable and a part of the CrossFit family straight away. She has thrived at CrossFit with the trainers professionalism, knowledge and guidance as well as the encouragement of all members in this positive environment. I have also joined Coffs Coast CrossFit now and I love it. The trainers are fantastic at breaking down each movement, helping you achieve the correct technique and offering scaled options as you learn. It is great that my 16 yr old daughter and I can train together and share our fitness journey in this amazing environment.

Recently, moving to the Coffs area, I have found Coffs Coast CrossFit to be a warm and welcoming community. It has helped me find new friendships, confidence and a sustainable workout routine, which I look forward too. Each time you walk into the gym you are greeted by one of the friendly staff or fellow gym members. The coaches are very knowledgeable and break down each skill, using a structure that targets various fitness levels.

Having spent the past two months in Coffs Harbour; Crossfit Coffs Coast has become my daily mental and physical sanctuary. Each day I look forward to throwing down with the crew. The programming is top notch and delivered by experienced and knowledgeable coaches. I can't thank James, his team and the members for making me feel welcome from the first time I stepped into the box. An awesome place to train! The coaches are awesome and extremely encouraging. The support you get from the community is great. The workouts are challenging, and everything can be adapted for any level of experience, so you are always improving. The best part is that CCCF makes it fun!

James was super accommodating during our drop in session while we were here from WA! Great set up and very friendly coaches. We will be back when we’re in town next for sure.

one of the best family vibes from a gym environment you will get in Coffs Harbour. Was met with warm welcomes on my first visit. Whatever your goal James and the crew are there all the way to support and guide you. You will never feel out of place here no matter what shape, size or level of fitness your at. There is plenty of varity for all level of fitness.Did my first crossfit games recently and the support from all the members for all competitors was amazing. Have not seen this at any other gym. No-one is left behind.

Coffs CrossFit is a place where I can go to train and exercise in a very supportive environment. The support from not only the coaches but also the other members has been what has kept me going. Coffs CrossFit provides a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere which is always clean and tidy.

James and the team have an incredible environment, I have been to a few CrossFit gyms and nothing beats the friendly environment they provided. They cater from beginners to advanced athletes. I couldn’t recommend the team enough
