Scrubs Nursing Agency
One of the worst agencies I have ever worked with. They cancel too many shifts. They have 2 hours policy so they cancel shift right before that, if you have shift starting at 0930pm, they will cancel the shift before 0730pm. It happened so many time with me, they have cancelled my shifts at 0715-0730pm, recently my shift got cancelled at 0728pm and by that time I was unable to pick any other shift coz of last moment.Can’t really rely on this agency. There are so many better agencies with very low cancellations rate.

Our father is receiving palliative care at John Fawkner and on Friday (21st April) he received the ultimate care from Sophie (one of your Staff). She was thoughtful, caring and gentle with our Dad and understanding and patient with myself and my sisters!She spoke kindly of her workplace so thank you for employing such beautiful and experienced nurse and please look after her.Thank you Sophie!

Scrubs Nursing Agency
Recently, i had worst experience with this agency. You have to be on the phone for 24 hours to pick a shift. However, most of the times right before, 2 hours of this shift the agency will cancel the shift. I understand that aged care will cancel the agency but how its possible that they cancel the agency exactly 2 hrs. So disappointed.

Worst experience with this agency staff is very rude number of time they cancelled my just before starting but recently I cancelled my shift because I got fever in early morning and cough I called them and the staff said you cancelling in short time so she suspended me from the application. I am very disappointed with them.

One of the worst and worst agencies ever. The staff is so rude. They just cancel shifts at the moment and then say sorry about that. WORST experience of my life with this agency. You can’t pay ur fees just relying on this worst agency.

Not impressed with this agency .. I worked with them last year, continually cancelled me at the last minute.. they keep the shifts for their friends..
