Sara, Lindsay, and all the Acro Newcastle crew are kind, welcoming, and extremely talented. Acro Newcastle caters for people of all skill levels and will welcome everyone with open arms. Around one year ago, I had no idea what acro yoga even was. Now, thanks to these beautiful people, I'm there learning and growing almost every week. Amazing fun with amazing people, come give it a try!

Wonderful organisation, very inclusive and open to all skill levels. Attending twice a week has kept me in excellent physical shape, I would highly recommend!!!

Sara and Lindsay are both excellent acro yoga teachers, they create a fun and friendly environment at classes, such a great way to meet new people, learn something new and have fun. Highly recommend!!
