Friendly and good service

Just want to say that every time I get supplies from T&G I get the best service and advice, Jay is really above and beyond, and on top of that a super nice knowledgeable guy. I have probably used them 7 times in the last 18mths, and highly recommend them.

Honestly if it wasn’t for the convenience and the good range of stuff near our house we would have gone elsewhere, person who answers the phone sounds like the she does not want to be there and is not very helpful.I’d suggest working on your phone manner, as it can go a long way.

I was a regular customer and asked for the same product I'd purchased 3 times previously, a river gravel or drainage gravel I used for my driveway so colour was important. I received a drainage gravel different in gauge and colour.I spread it and past experience showed it would wash clean but it did not.Turns out it was from a different quarry but still labelled as the same product which it was clearly not.Apparently I should have been specific when I called though I'm not sure how,I asked for what I'd had before as per my purchase history.Anyway very disappointed,no compensation offered and I have to spend again to cover up my half cream not black driveway stone.Clearly not what I asked for.Unfortunate and bad business. I won't be going back or referring anyway there.Avoid disappointment and do not frequent this establishment.Interestingly read a past review with same issue and same result as far as T&G shifting blame and not accepting responsibility for their mistakes.

I am a bit of a newbie with landscaping etc but the guys here were so friendly and helpful. They stocked what I needed at fantastic prices. I will be using them regularly now. Plus, their dog was so friendly too! :)

100% Recommend T&G sand and gravel!The older lady and bloke go out of their way to help, have great knowledge and have such a huge range of pebbles , pavers and other landscaping Materials!

Huge range of products and the staff were really helpful. I was able to get my delivery on the same day I ordered and the driver tipped it exactly where I wanted it.
