First of all this place does not know what social distancing is. From the over packed clothes to the over packed customers, you don't know where to go. All i needed was a cardigan and i had to wait 20 mins in line because their system was down and they only had ONE person on the counter. You would think with such a busy store and environment they would have more staff. And when one customer started arguing with the person at the counter for a discount, another staff member came to help with the 1 customer leaving everyone else in line. GET YOUR STAFFING RIGHT for a busy Sunday.

I can not walk out of a Witchery store without finding something lovely to buy. We had a potter around here on the weekend trying on lots of lovely tops and dresses. I bought a skirt and top outfit that I had been watching online. My friends bought dresses and linen shirts. It was a very successful shopping experience here and the staff were helpful, assisting us in finding sizes etc. Well worth a looksee.

They've upgraded to CBA Albert terminals. Try Google Pay here. Amex will require insert. Join their loyalty program for $10 on your birthday.They once gave my online order to someone else who ordered the same item. 30 mins later they gave me my item (another customer's order). Staff need to check the paperwork and verify order numbers before personal information gets mishandled.

Poor customer service. Promoting an extra 30% on top of sale price for TOPS. But when I went to pay for a tank TOP, I was informed this was not part of the promotion (even though I grabbed it from tops section). Clearly they don’t know themselves as the staff had to verify this with another member. It seems like the promotion is up to their own discretion. If they like you, then yes it’s a top! Very disappointing experience today.
