Friendly service when nothing goes wrong, but terrible in handling customer complaints. They used to be my go-to laundry/dry cleaner, due to competitive pricing and good quality. Until they lost one coat. I still haven't got my compensation 3 months after.

Did anyone get the wrong laundry today? Came home and opened my laundry only to see shock shock horror clothes that arn't mine. I sort of need the clothes asap though...so umm yeah if you have had the same problem please me in touch with me,.Update- so the guy there drove the correct washing to my house which was pretty cool of him and stuff yeah

They did a fantastic job of cleaning my winter coats! Managed to completely get all stains out and gave them all a second life! Great service, and very quick too. Would highly recommend.

Business not aware of their own location.I am a patient at a hospital that is literally 2 minutes away. They refused to pick up claiming I was too far!!!Very poor command of English, and completely rude, unwelcoming and not responsive to client circumstances.Clearly making too much money already and not in need of new business!Avoid them because at least they will waste your time.
