Softwash NQ supply me with great internal cleaning products, which I find to be really great and at a good price and betterfortheenvironment. The koh POW, the newest addition to their range, is really good. I have been using some of there products for about 1yr, and I wouldn't use anything else.

Completed a vacate clean for a vacating tenant including sourcing a carpetcleaner Big Red, The whole Job was atrocious . Who cleans a carpet before the rest of the apartment is cleaned? (The carpet cleaning was no better!) The cleaning was not completed as the cleaner got sick and went home. I do not think they even started as was in a filthy state when I saw it. They supposedly went back to clean and again and it was no better. Standards are very low! The apartment smelt of a stale body odour. I could write my name in the dust around the bases of the bar stools, The chrome on the taps in the bathrooms had not been cleaned . The bathroom toilet brushes had dust caked on lids (makes me want to puke!). The lamps had dust on tops, the bedside table tops had not been dusted. There was dirt marks around switches. The tiled floors in the kitchen were sticky and dirty. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and it had supposedly been cleaned. Would not use if you want a professional job done. ****In response to your reply. The stools are only 12 months old purchased New and were put in when this tenant only just moved in ( tenancy lasted 12 months) so I do not have a clue what you are talking about old stools rusted?? I just expect a clean property, I have the invoice for the carpet cleaning with the date completed 24/8/2022 and I inspected the property with the real estate 1/9/2022 and questioned the cleaning and they contacted you guys and was told Sorry the cleaner was sick the day of and had to go home , you were unable to contact the tenant to let him know and you would come and complete. Unfortunately it still was not cleaned satisfactorily. I also have pictures to back up. I am sorry you do not want to hear feedback. Thanks
