EB Games - Parramatta

The customer service rep who served me was great my partner was very happy to receive his eeveelutions box thing.

I recently had a very bad experience. I am sure i will never visit the store who does not trust their buyers.I recently purchased a Xbox One game CD for $40. It was supposed to be a gift. Unfortunately the kid needed a Xbox 360 instead of xbox 1. I felt bad that the gift did not Go as we hoped but since i had receipt in hand i told i would get it exchanged.I went to the store today and asked for assistance. I was told unfortunately they did not sell xbox 360 cd anymore. I hoped for a credit or refund so i could buy something else but they refused and said this Cd was not elegible fort it. they never mentioned about it during purchase. Never happened to me in any store across Sydney. Infact i have had experiences where the shops were more than happy to assist sometimes even without the receipt which showed their trust towards buyers and customer satisfaction.EB games, lost trust in your shop. I will ensure to keep give giving negative comments in all opportunity around my gaming circle. I will ask them to go buy in CEX just downstairs who are much cheaper and has wider options.PS: @EB games, i still have the CD and receipt if you change your mind !

Oh my daze this is one of the best stores. The items are cheap and the staff are extremely friendly. I normally buy some pokemon packs from them and its pretty cheap. I bought some elite trainer boxes for only $100. However i didn't get a v star.

Had a terrible experience with staff. Very rude and makes you wait for a very long time. Answers the phone very unprofessionally and puts you on hold for no reason. I don’t leave reviews ever.

Friendly service and they will offer you something else to buy. Variety of games to purchase. When they are putting products on sale, they post a big sign and try to grab our attention.Could be crowded at times but there are times where it is less busy.

In the past year, I've visited only 3 or 4 times, yet one of the staff mentioned they've begun to recognize me for my consistently stylish shirt selections. Their attentive recognition and appreciation merit a glowing 5-star review!

Well I bought the PS from EB games and remote joystick working auto to left all time. I got it replaced at Mq EB games and the same problem came agin within 4 months and I went to EB games parra and they said they don’t cover this under warranty and it’s a wear tear. Product didn’t even lasted for 6 months even though it is under warranty of 1 year. That’s ridiculous!People at MQ are so helpful and understanding whereas here the guys here just want to get rid of people asap and no understanding at all.

Recently visited the store, had a really nasty and disappointing encounter with a worker known as Seb. His attitude was appalling and very confronting, including interjecting and interrupting over mine and my partner's queries, continuously talking over us. I was heavily unimpressed with his unprofessional nature, not the atmosphere and culture I would've expected from a seemingly impressive looking store.Hope to find better customer service next time with more polite and professional interactions, if we do make a return.

It's an okay store, it was clean but the store is very small and hard to manoeuvr around and get a good look at things when there are a bunch of people in the store.Their variety is quite limited due to the size of the store and I was surprised that there was not a ZING! Located nearby or connected to the store

I was asked if I needed help 3 times within the span of literally 1 minute when I simply entered the store to browse. Very uncomfortable and off putting.
