Dealings with Trevor was appalling. Thank goodness he is no longer the owner of this business and current owner does the right thing and is honest.

Brisbane Boating & Leisure why would you take a deposit on an in stock outboard and then sell it out from under me. ohh you want me to wait a month or more for a new motor and not be upset. You guys are dead to me.

Took my number tracked down parts and called me back. Prices for parts here are more than fair. The got a mechanic out of the workshop to ensure i was replacing parts needed and not wasting my time with unnecessary repairs. Very nice people will be back

A few years ago under the ownership of Trevor.( Obviously the old owner)Myself the owner of a 6.2 Noble centre cab with a 200hp Mercury Verado and my brother-in -law with a 4.2 side console with a 50 four stroke mercury used Karee Marine for all our services . Found out in the end with 1 year to go on both our Outboards that Mercury Voided our Warranties because neither boats services were logged with Mercury for our warranties. He then would not return our many calls and we had no foot to stand on in terms of Warranty.As dodgy as they came was Mr Trevor so hopefully the new owners are more professional for their customers. New name New Premises under new ownership

Just had a great experience repowering my 4.2m with a 2020 Mercury 40hp, 4 stroke. Jack is the font of knowledge when it comes to Mercury outboards. The level of customer service went well above my expectations and I would recommend Karee Marine to anyone.

Rang them up to query whether they would price match a competitor's quoted price. Person on the phone took my contact details down and said he would ring me back immediately with an answer. Couldn't be bothered to contact back and let me know either ways. Very poor customer service. Stay away.

Bunch of thivesWas Sold faulty part.Part fitted buy another boat shop.won't refund me even know they ashored me as soon as they get part back they will process refund.was made out to be a lair. very unprofessionalNever again and to think I was going to buy 18k new motor off these guys when stock comes in

Had to take boat back for issues they missed, collected boat to find ignition key left on hour meter was added with 23hours battery flat and boat covered in greasy hand prints !!! I was told there was nothing they could do about it.If you value your boat do not take it there

I searched a few dealers looking for a new Stessco and Darren and is team were well above par with knowledge and customer service.They were down a couple of team members on the day I visited and I dealt with Damien from their service department who was great with all of the questions that I threw at him.No pushy sales push just honest answers.Great value for money and after a small initial wiring issue with the sounder, it is clear that their after sales service is great.Thanks Darren, Bill and Damien for your service.I’m very happy with the boat and motor package supplied.Highly recommended!
