you can simply understand the quality of their tiling job in the photos that they done to my brand new home recently. have no knowledge of tiling nor does proper tools to cut tiles. timber look tiles are always laid interlocked not other way like square pattern tiles, you don't seek customer instructions on pattern of laying the tiles, you learn from TAFE or trade training, look at the space between tiles? changed quote twice in the middle of job, wasted $2040 for their pathetic service, had to rip all the expensive tiles they laid myself, pay extra cost to another business to get the job done right to highest quality standards a brand new home deserves. any customer pays for quality work, not for substandard time wasting work. unfortunately fair trade can't do anything about it nor does the home insurance, or oneflare that's the irony. for all your tiling job hire at your own risk', please go through photos carefully. go and take action, will come with full force of evidence, time waster, beware busy people.
