I can’t recommend Auto King any higher than 5 stars but I would like to. Their quality of service is impeccable, they fixed my car in record time because they knew I depended on my car to take my 83 year old sick Mother to an urgent appointment the following day.Their rates are unbeatable (as they advertise) and their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable

Phoned up mid morning to arrange a Roadworthy Certificate for a car I was selling. I thought it would take a couple of days before they could come out but was told they could be there that afternoon. They were prompt, Brilliant Service, and reliable.

Booked a service two weeks before the date. Received verbal confirmation over the phone. When I rang to confirm the operator firstly didn’t have have my details and then after checking realised she did but was now unable to find a mechanic on the day/ time I had previously confirmed.

Best option for value! I had an issue with my engine light and had to call for a mobile mechanic. Luis came out checked the engine light and advised what needed to be fixed and then also gave me a better price for a wheel bearing service I had booked with my usual mechanics. He gave me a better price and timeframe. So I had everything fixed on my car within a span of 1 week when I had to wait over a month for my usual mechanic. So happy I called auto king and I am so glad I now have Luis details for any future services etc.

Previously had a mobile road worthy with these guys and they were on-time, efficient and had a good price. The second time I considered using them they gave me a decently priced quote. However, when I called the next day to book, they wouldn't honour the quote so I went elsewhere. Overall though, friendly staff and easy to deal with when needing a quick rwc.

Booked a repair for 1pm, mechanic never showed up, had to call the office an hour later and was told he was running late and they’d get back to me. A bit of notice would have been nice. I waited for a call back for another hour and after receiving nothing called again and was told he was too busy today and that I could reschedule for 9am the next day. Then I got a call at 5pm saying that the mechanic isn’t very familiar with diesel vehicles and that there wouldn’t be anyone who could look at it till Monday. Wasted my time.

Easy booking via lovely customer service ladies, and Chad arrived as scheduled and took care of everything efficiently. Even popped back as I had concern with something I couldn't figure out.

My gear didn’t work and car stopped hospital carpark, I was about to call RACQ but I parked on parallel parking where tow-truck can not bring my car out. Found out this place and review was fine, closest one from me. Mechanic came in 15-20min and fixed it within 30min. So helpful and I saved money for tow truck.

Call Up to see if they couldservice our whole fleet in brisbane, over 30 car and the person on the phone wasn’t very friendly and wasn’t listen to what I need to say ..All well m,next place I guess

Fantastic group, twice I have been through them and both times have had genuine honest serviceFirst time round I previously had lube mobile out for my 2004 kluger that wouldn't start. Got told the fuel pump and wiring had failed and it would be $900+ to fixLeft the car for a few weeks then got told about this group and gave them ago. Guy called Dan came out and inspected the fuel pump properly and told me the wiring had burnt a hole through the top plastic seal and if would be 90 for the part plus laborEnded up having a running car again for a total of $290 $100 for the call out first time $190 for part and installation few days later when the part came in.A perfect example of a old school mechanic business that only charges you what you need to be charged for10/10 would recommend
