I would like to acknowledge your staff member John in Electrical. We had to return an appliance from Smeg which was refunded. John was extremely helpful, courteous & efficient in getting us through this process. He was also helpful in choosing a new oven. His customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Just had a terrible experience, we did our research at home comparing and keeping in our budget. To walk in to the shop. And my husband first insulted about the trade shirt he was wearing. It was clean though obviously not excepted to wear in there store. Then to be told the item we chosen was bad quality made cheap and doesn’t work properly. And try up selling to a model triple the price. Won’t shop here ever again. We have worked hard to buy this equipment and made to feel cheap and unworthy for wearing a tradie shirt and buying what we can afford.

After our daughter and son in law moved out we had a number of items of furniture that needed replacing Tara & Brendan were fantastic and really look after us with price and service. We also needed other items within Harvey Norman so they introduced us around so that we would be look after in the same manner. We have been there many times now to make purchases and they have become good friends. It is really nice to deal with genuine nice people in retail and I would recommend them to anyone and don’t forget to ask for their best price as they will look after you.

Bought a TV today. Served by Carlo. Cant rave enough about his service and about his upbeat mood and demeanour. Guy is an absolute asset to your business. Up sold us insurance after he gave us great advice. Will be back

Tara looked after us today so we purchased two items of furniture instead of having to browse other stores to compare deals.Tara saved us time and money giving us a great deal on a media lounge and a buffet. Also enjoyed a friendly chat too.

I have been shopping at Harvey Norman in Rothwell for years. I have never been disappointed there. I have always been looked after by the various staff, from the different departments. Always enjoy walking into that store. Whenever i tell my wife i am just going to look, she knows i am lying. :)

Laura Corkill was so patient, kind, down to earth and helpful at the Rothwell Store. I will always go back to the Rothwell Store now for her old fashioned great service which is hard to find these days!! I had my three year old with me so it was a bit hectic lol and Laura offered great advice on warranties and safety features for the appliances I purchased.
