‘Amy’ the white coat pharmacist was simply brilliant, i called at 8:30pm (noting very nicely that they close at 9pm just to inform me) and she did a personal stock inspection over the phone to make sure if i rushed there they had stock of what I desperately needed, they did, she held the item back, and had it ready for my arrival at 8:52pm, with a big smile - I’ve never met this lady before but made me feel so special - what amazing service Amy is a life saver, literally! This is the best customer service a pharmacist has ever given me, and I’ve met a lot, make this your local health store as i just have - 100 stars ⭐️ Thankyou most kindy Amy you care

I don't know who the lovely pharmacist who was on today behind the prescriptions counter (I think he may have been Korean/Australian?) But he was so empathetic, patient, informative and professional when handing me my medication and it was some of the loveliest customer service I've had and for a literal discount chemist store I was incredibly impressed.

Frustrating experience at the pharmacy. Female pharmacist (amy) lacked customer service in understansing & following up on accurate information (which was supplied on the script, confirmed on the phone and confirmed via email) for a basic script. It required the male pharmacist on his shift 4hrs from My first visit to actively check the system which has details about the script confirmed on email and call (again) to check the script to finally issue the script while Amy was on a “break” in the backroom door initially on my return to collect the script with a young assistant relaying questions from the counter turning around and poking her head into this door to feedback what i said. Like cmon, just come out smile and assist the customer you served instead of this girl going back and fourth its just rude and when she finally came said she was still missing information go wait aside so she can serve other customers. Rude. She basically ignored me so the male pharmacist could sort it out because she had no idea.goes back to basic customer service, follow-through and really questioning whether these pharmacists look into the detail of the scripts and understand what is going on what they are doing. If you must go here, dont expect too much expertise or customer service…..

Prep kit C costs $18 here. Other Chemists asking other $20. A can of Ensure drink for nutrition too.

The employees are very helpful especially the security guard. I was able to purchase what I need.

Very impolite service from one of the female staff, i came to the shop on the 3rd of January 2023 at 4pm, she pointed me a perfume product of the bottom of display by using her foot, it is not a right customer service. This place also has an unfriendly security guard. I won’t go to this shop anymore.
