Rude contractors treat you like cr@p, weather im disabled or not there is no need to be so rude. Stunk like stale smoke, each to their own but representing a company you should be fresh..Good communication is the key here, it's where the failure happened.

Always have been well looked after and great service.

Really happy with the customer service from Darrin, he measured and ordered our carpet straight away and was laid within the week. Love it. The guy who laid the carpet was a friendly bloke, who did a great job. Definitely recommend getting your carpet from these guys

Could not fault Rikki and the staff at the warehouse. They were so professional and very helpful. Unfortunately the contractors didn't prep the floor properly before laying the vinyl. When I asked if they were going to smooth/level it they said it would take too long. (the owner visited 1st July to see what the problem was and confirmed they need to come back and fix it). There are also lots of unnecessary joins which you can clearly see and are coming apart. We absolutely hate our floors and wasted our money and even get visitors commenting on how dodgy the job has been done. We will go else where now. The contractors were also smokers which was all I could smell while I sat in the room with my 2 year old and new born. Coming up 2 months and we never received a call back for the issues to be fixed.
