SHADERITE Awnings, Blinds and Shutters

I made an appointment to get a quote, nearer to the agreed time he asked to change it, which I did and then he didn't show up. No call, just a no show and no contact since. No courtesy or professionalism. I would give zero stars if I could.

We had a full house of shutters installed. The price was slightly higher than competitors but if comparing we realised the others left alot of items off their quote in order to get the job. The job was done professionally and the installer even got special brackets made to suit our doorway which other companies told us couldn't be done.The outdoor over door awning turned out better than expected and we appreciate all the extra effort the Ross put into strengthening the anchor points, which prior had been crumbling, making installation impossible. Our property is quite old and threw up many extra challenges needing modifications, all of which Ross was able to find a solutions for - we were impressed with his methodical lateral thinking to resolve issues with our property.

It takes a long time to get serviced when the blinds break

Horrible service!!These guys could not care less about the customer .I made an appointment to get a quote for a Wednesday, but the guy never arrived!I was never called or notified about the change. I was just left waiting all day!After a few days i finally received an sms notification that the guy will come on Friday. He finally came and measured everything and left,I NEVER received a response . No phone call, email or text!I had to chase up the store several times and it took over a month of utter time wasting to finally get a quote!!When i FINALLY got the quote it was higher than the competitors, i asked for a discount due to all their stuffing around and received FA.I don't know how these guys manage to run a business.Definitely will NOT be doing any business with these guys!

Contacted the store more than 4 times for a quote on canopies. They never answer the phone. Sent pictures, dimensions, by txt & email. Never got a response to any correspondence, As a last resort we went to the Brookvale showroom, He seemed annoyed we had come to the showroom & stated he had to go out. Told me to send all my details again, never received a response to any of our correspondence, even after the store visit. Zero customer service. I would give zero stars. Take your business elsewhere.
