I was given a pair of ski pants for my birthday that didn't quite fit. It was a bit over a month after they were purchased but the return policy was so flexible and easy!! I spoke to a lovely staff member Georgia who I feel went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after in the return process. Also amazing measurement recommendations!!!! 5 stars and I commend you for having such a fabulous easy process and wonderful staff.

I was looking for some snow boots to buy from an Australian business. I found Ski & Board Online. There was a detailed description and size guide, so I felt confident making my purchase. The boots arrived and I discovered they were a size 36 instead of the 38 I ordered.It was easy to contact the company to let them know the situation. The customer service agent that replied was professional and investigated promptly. A new set of size 38's was sent to me and a postage paid label was provided on email so I could send the incorrect size back. (Also I really loved the choccies and goodies inside too, it made my day - thank you~!)I have had a chance to wear my boots in before my Winter trip with the prompt fix of the situation, and they are super comfortable.I have been having problems with my car and wasn't able to go to the post office right away to send the wrong size boots back. The company was very understanding of this. The communication and customer service here is **EXCELLENT.** I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for winter needs.

Great product! I bought baby boots and gloves for my husband myself and my 2 year old daughter! There's a lot of good products to choose from! They are even affordable compared to other online winter clothes! The shipping is also very quick! I will definitely recommend this shop and shop winter clothes here again!

Awesome experience. Ordered some snow gear from SkiandBoardOnline and the process was really smooth. There was a small issue with the stock but the staffs were extremely helpful in providing solutions and solving the issue. Got the items really quickly and the sizing and products were just as described. Cannot recommend enough!

They provide an excellent service to those of us that are active, but need a larger size - something the mainstream industry hasn't realised exists.
