Booked an 18th birthday party of 40 people. The staff and owners were super excited and accommodating to have a decent group.I was told at the time of booking that the bill would not be split, I then got a follow up message reminding me. No issues at all, we looked up the menu, figured out roughly what we wanted, and all brought cash. SUPER EASY!Stockpot has amazing food and service, a great atmosphere and the owners.... Well, they are just the most kindest humans you will ever cross paths with! Keep up the good work and keep feeding the people.Big love Stockpot ❤️

Interesting just reading some of the reviews, you can’t please all the people, well you know how that goes. I rate the food and the service, really enjoyed. That fact that the staff went the extra mile to accomodate the 12 of us was exceptional as we got in a little late was great. As previously mentioned we had previously booked as there was 12 in the group. And to be honest most of us where oblivious to the fact that owner had rang to what can only be called a moment of laps in judgment as we where all happy to add a good amount of coin to the days takings. But clearly reading a number of the reviews, the issue is clearly not the staff or the food but the sarcastic and passive aggressive remark to people who didn’t enjoy the experience from the owner. What the owner has failed to realise (and by the replies, doesn’t really care unfortunately) all 12 At that table have had extensive experience in running and working in and on a number of businesses priding themselves on customer service. The fact that we have been band, really shows the un-intelligence that is being shown in the replies and not the reviewers.Very disappointing

Excellent customer service. I had some enquiry regarding the meat so had to contact them via phone before going to the restaurant. Now I want to apologise first that I cannot remember her name, but she was a really nice lady who did her best to help me out. She actually contacted her husband who reached out to the meat supplier to find the information I was looking for. Over my years I have had experienced good customer service. But never had I experienced such a lovely experience. They could have easily said they do not have the information, apologised and left it there. But rather went out of their way to cater for my request. It was not like this request was for more than few people and economically it would make sense for them to get the information. This way they get customers who will spend at their restaurant. The enquiry was only for me and they did not treat me differently and could not care less whether the information was for one person or more. It was really heart warming to find people like them who are there to satisfy their customers. They went over and beyond in their service. There was also another incident where one of the orders according to one of the individuals in our group did not like. So while paying she just mentioned it to her as a feedback. Rather than being defensive appreciated the feedback. Also apologised profusely and did not charge for the food. Doesn't matter how much we tried to pay for the food, she did not accept the money. I am not sure if you were the owner or staff, but hats of to you for the service that we received. It was five star service all the way and more. Whether you were staff or owner, if customer service is maintained like the way we experienced, I only want to see your business to prosper and become successful. All the best and will definitely be coming back.

Glad I came!I'm in Lismore on a work trip and felt like something yummy for dinner. I had the Alabama Slammer w/ chips, was one of the best chicken burgers I've had. Generous size of chicken and great flavours.Also had the spiked lemonade, and the apple pie cocktail, both were fab. Nice dessert selection at the counter too.Girls serving were lovely and accommodating, and it sounded like the head chef was treating his kitchen staff well too. Will definitely return to try some pork and brisket next time I'm up this way!

We had arranged a weekend away with friends riding our motorbikes in which Lismore was conveniently located about half way through our journey which enabled us to have lunch.We arrived about 20mins late for our reservation however there were 12 of us which I thought would be a great boost to place.I fully understood the devastation Lismore experienced being personally one of the first volunteer responders after the floods.Because we were a bit late we needed to eat and go quickly so it was proposed we pay as we order.This request was met with fear from the staff as to, how would the owner react??"However they accommodated us and we had a great meal in a short tine and were on our way with full bellies of delicious food.To everyone's surprise later that evening the person who booked the table was asked to explain why we had all paid separately and demanded that she give his side of the story. The outcome was for him never to return which our entire group was absolutely stunned......Such a poor customer attitude

Simply... greeted quickly, cocktails arrived promptly, on point, food arrived not long after, good to see the chefs have been to the USA n know what it's about.... delicious! Food, great service n drinks doing what they say they're doing.

What a fabulous fun place to go for a rustic lunch!Smoked Brisket or Pork burger in a Brioche bun ! Or a plate of smoked brisket with the most delicious coleslaw crinkle chips a pickle ,bun and special smoky sauce!Great little menu .The coffee is and sweets are delicious. Great choice of cocktails and beer and wine . Great service and huge servings. So great to see this restaurant doing so well after the dreadful floods that wiped them and the town of Lismore out . Do yourself a favour and check this funky place out and support the town .
