Kenny was very timely to respond to my enquiry regarding a laundry renovation. He emailed me a professionally itemised quote and was very competitive in the market. He completed my job in 1 day within 2 weeks of hiring him. For the small corrections that needed to be attended to he addressed my concerns very quickly and thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble. Kenny came to do a quote for our house. We accepted. The communication was poor. He then tells us 2 stays before that he can’t complete the job and to find someone else. We had booked other tradies around him. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
