The worst service imaginable. These guys break their promises on ETAs, they sell faulty goods and blame the suppliers with zero accountability on their part. When they install equipment such as a faulty lever for the mixer that needed replacing owing to a leak, they do not bother to check that it works. They leave it for paying customers to find out and call them...over and over again. Clearly, their communicatiins imply that they hate their job and shouldn't be open for business. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down.Either go to another pool service business, or go straight to manufacturers and do the jobs yourselves.

The task completed was the worst job I’ve ever seen, messy, rubbish left behind, glue spilt everywhere. The pipe work had to be completely redone. I found another company to fix the mess. The only reason they received one star is because I can’t submit this review with zero.

We recently had re-tiling around the pool and waterline completed. Unfortunately the tiler left a horrendous mess at the bottom of the pool, which we believed we could clean up. We called Swimart Dural, and Phil came out and advised us that we needed the pool emptied and thoroughly cleaned. As a result the tiler cleaned the pool prior to receiving payment.He was terrific in his advice and service and has subsequently serviced the now cleaned and filled pool. Thanks to him we saved $'000's and he also gave my wife and myself peace of mind. Well done Swimart Dural and thanks Phil.

The young guy I dealt with there was so much more helpful and explanatory than the fella I dealt with at a well-regarded pool shop just up the road. Will definitely be coming back. Only downside is their consumables are about 50% more expensive than supermarket and hardware store. I'm willing to pay a small premium for quality service, but not THAT much of a premium.
