April who answers the phone is a sandwich short of a picnic. She sounds like a deadset fool. She is a liar and hides the name of any of the managers. Since this business was sold it has gone downhill at a rate of knots. After reporting the matter to Hikvision they stand to lose their ability to resell those products. Avoid this company at all costs.

Brilliant company to deal with. We had an out of the square requirement where we wanted to live stream a football tournament. There was a lot of toing and froing as I am a complete Cam and streaming novice. iCam experts were patient and informative, setting appropriate expectations and even recommending a less expensive camera as the quality is limited by the upload. A professional and ethical company that puts the customer requirements and satisfaction ahead of a quick buck for a sale. Great job!!
