My physio suggested I try CFP to help ease my lower back pain and ligament issues and I am so grateful that she did. Helen and her team are amazing! Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable especially if you have injuries or pre existing health conditions as I did. This was my first ever experience of Pilates and CFP has now become a mainstay of my health and fitness regime. I am leaner, stronger and more confident as a result. Thank you CFP ❤

I always get a good work out at a Core Focus session! The instructors are lovely and encouraging and maintain good variation in the exercises and also account for different fitness levels which I think is really important. Also very conveniently located with easy parking which is a bonus :)

Helen and the team are so nice and friendly. The classes are a great level and most exercises can be adjusted depending on your ability. The variety of equipment used/exercises, and the small class size are also great. On top of that the location is very convenient!

Core Focus Pilates - Dalkeith
Core focus is such a great Pilates studio. Helen and the other instructors are experienced, friendly and always encouraging and inclusive - providing multiple levels of difficulty for everyone. The studio is an ideal space with fans and music. The small class size makes the class environment not at all intimidating. I always enjoy coming to classes here. I’d love it if they’d consider a more eco friendly alternative to single use baby wipes to clean the reformer machines.

Helen & her team of Instructors at Dalkeith are all really terrific - they know their pilate techniques really well, offering challenging and enjoyable classes. I can highly recommend!
